Pandemonium at University of Abuja female hostel as room goes up in flames after student set her mattress on fire (video)

Students in a female hostel at the University of Abuja had to wrestle a student to the ground after she tried to set the entire hostel on fire.

The student, said to be "possessed", set her mattress on fire inside her room then watched as the fire spread to the entire room.

She allegedly held a knife to prevent other students from coming close to put out the fire.

Eventually, when the fire started getting out of hand, some students wrestled her to the ground while others tackled the fire.
