Bank went to sell it to people that are the reason for Nigeria failure so they can continue dealing with Nigerians

Damn Nigeria my dear country have been poised by it greedy citizens

If not for the corruption in the banking industry this cash scarcity would not have been this bad.

Money is supposed to be used and in circulation not stashed in bags in some people's houses.

I can guarantee you there are people that earlier on received the new notes and stashed it somewhere. Billions of the notes CBN released are stashed away.

Like the governor El-Rufai claims has 500 million of the new notes. There will be more of such people.
