I guess you were not among the vagabonds that protested that year. Sometimes, it's not about the brazen hard decision to go ahead with a policy despite cries of the citizens that makes someone a real leader (a leader with balls) but the ability to give listening ears to the voices of those a man leads and the general humanely feeling he could feel in the bleeding skins occasioned by the pains brought about by the same policy he made; in one way or the other, he's torn between making a hard choice.
