I'm not convenient in writing long epistle.
However this is purely human error, recruiting hundred of thousands of people for ad-hoc work with few hours of training, is bound to record some amount of failure, considering the fact that people came from all walks of life, couple with individual challenges to work for various reasons on election Day.
As a matter of fact Federal government should make provision for staff to INEC, at least six month prior to general election with strict punishment for incompetency.
Recruiting circular citizens (whom many has failed them selves) that can be easily influenced by desperate political entity will always deter our electoral process..
