"Philosophy" isn't a monolithic thing. Philosophy is a human invention and has as many permutations as there are schools of thought (including religion). Philosophically speaking, there is no single take. If surveyed, I strong suspect that the vast, vast majority of contemporary philosophers would (rightly, in my view) say that there is no good reason for thinking that homosexuality is not morally on a par with heterosexuality. I also suspect they would go further, and say that the arguments for homosexuality being morally blemished are comically weak, and should be met with laughter and derision rather than a serious response. Still don't get that statement of yours! 🤔
