Apart from unemployment, what other thing makes you feel like it is not right to be proud of being a Nigerian?

I know that if all things were right, a lot of people would be flying the country's flag in all the places but now, almost everyone wants to keep quiet about it because it seems to be a lost cause.

Let us not forget that some people have started changing their names and nationality just to identify with other nations that are doing well in order to avoid being embarrassed for coming from a country with a high rate of crimes, impersonation and fraud.

So, in a nutshell, what makes you feel like it's a painful thing to behold in the most populous African nation?

Nigerians have developed Stockholm syndrome and tribalism adds to it...

Secondly we have shown that we cant rule ourselves...the average Nigerian is selfish...and they have this mentality because I was once oppressed when I too get to a position of power I will do the same and the cycle never breaks..after 62 years of independence this is how much of a disgrace we are to the world? Nigeria has the potential to be richer than dubai because we even have more natural resources than them but stupid politicians who dont have your best interest at heart will give urchins 10k to vote them for four years while they continue to loot for their unborn generation...its a shame.
