So earlier today after returning from my polling unit, I made a post on Nairaland, detailing the number of casted votes and how Labour Party had won both Governorship and State Assembly at my polling unit.
After we were done voting at my polling unit, we all took pictures of the collated result and the youth corper(also the P.O), snapped and uploaded to irev(at least that's what he made us believe).
When he said the result has been uploaded, we quickly went online to check and raised concerns when we couldn't find it but he said it'll take a little while before we see it. Since the bus that brought them had already come to pick them, it would seem unfair if we insisted we must see it on irev portal before he left, putting into consideration evidence of what he showed us he had uploaded online, not knowing it was offline upload he did.. Some youth coroner's ehn! And this is a youth oh😞!
I have the pictures I took of him on my phone but no need posting his pictures cause I detest violence.

I decided to go on IREV portal this evening, to see the results collated at my polling unit and I was shocked and disappointed after seeing the rigged result.

But In my unit we ain't much..

After the election process...
The process was smooth and peaceful...

Counting was done.

Lp had 7 votes, APC 5 and pdp 4.

The pdp guys didn't allow the inec officials to write the result...
They whisked them away ....
Infact the inec officials where all in it...

I can understand your pain, but unfortunately, life doesn't always work that way. These guys are well paid and also the job allows them to be in proximity with politically connected people, and so they work as if their life depends on it.

It's not enough to simply wish or hope that "bad" people will pay, you and others concerned will have to plan and physically put in the work to make that happen.

If what you post is correct, there's no point hiding the identity of the person. Robbers should be exposed or shamed. That way, their parents or religious leaders can caution them.

Democracy is just a waste of time in Nigeria.
After waiting time to vote, few people would just change the result. If that is difficult, they'll pay poor people peanut to vote them. If that's difficult, they will hire thugs to disrupt the process in areas they are likely to loose.

To achieve the above, once they enter power, they steal enough money so that they can game it in the next round. Their families live in affluence while the people who run the show for them wait for 4 yrs to collect another peanut.

You just stated my worry about this, because the presidential election results were altered, and it can be seen very well, this one that looks like the original result without any sign of editing how will it be countered in court? 🤔
I'm really disappointed, depressed and scared going forward about how elections will be conducted under Tinubu. If Buhari could be like this, what Tinubu's election br like, should we say goodbye to free and fair elections in Nigeria?

One thing is sure in all this, the people will always prevail. There are some results that no matter what, rigging can never safe you. The electorate will be very much prepared going forward too.
