The pitch isn’t the problem cos d our opponent just scored there, so we should be able to beat them if our boys are serious with this match.
Is it not the same pitch their opponents are playing on?

2002 World cup qualifiers
2022 World cup Qualifiers
2023 Afcon qualifiers
Same Stadium,same failure.
That Stadium is a Complete waste of money and bad luck

Are the players playing like a team ? No
Are they really playing like a teamthat want to win ? No
Are we using the right players ? No

Back in the day. Nigerians blame the dark green jersey. Now it is the Abuja stadium.....what a country.....

What is it with this goal keeper that they kept using him as number 1. Is it that there are no other goal keeper out of the numerous keepers we got all over ?

The whole of super eagles need overhauling for me we have just three players vicitor oshimem lookman and the guy from villareal ………what can these guys do when we no longer have quality mildfielders and good right and left fulllback and a current defensive midfield …….the team needs to follow the clemence westernof style of building amd selecting players it do dosent matter the club you play for……..Ahmed musa was spotted from Kano pillars victor oshimen under 17…….kelechi and chukwiu Eze even Ndidi under 17 ……..things won’t work well if we don’t build a world class team from Nigeria…..it doesn’t matter how many friendlier they loose the goal should be to develop the super eagles

I fear that irrespective of training, investment and player talent, Egales of Nigeria will continue to loose matches to inferior and superior opposition because Nigeria is loosing sense of National self.

When I first joined Niaraland, I suggested that Nigeria required a Constitution of National Character. I wrote this because I believed I understood the world in the way majority of Nigerians did not and in a way that was crucial but Nigerians didn't realise or wouldn't consider because it was out of scope of Nigerians political and social considerations.

Personally I think when you have a player like Osimhen you have two options:

1) Build a team that works for him
2) Build a team that can work without him

I will rather go for the later!!!!...cos it's working in Napoli doesn't mean it will work in Nigeria...the opponents are different...the environment is different...the player quality/style and team formation is different...

Common sense

Agreed.

Whether we believe it or not, African players & their Teams resort to spiritism to play against their opponents on the continent.
This aspect is shrouded in secrecy & controversial, but it's an integral feature of African football.

Young man, those super chickens are not playing for super eagles because of the money, they're just playing it because they're plain s.tupid. (they know very well they have no desire, urge or Passion to play and win, yet dey still went ahead to play). corruption has killed this country Else none of those guys there would have made the list to come play for Nigeria.
Even osimhen?

After reading all the comments, I’ve come to suggest that everyone go back to his region to develop their football.

Especially those troglodytes that came all the way from their glorified caves called mansion, to come develop another man’s land.
