A viral video on Twitter posted on Tuesday showed the moment staff and students of the Federal University of Technology Owerri welcomed their Vice Chancellor, Prof. Nnenna Oti, the Abia State returning officer in the governorship election.

The video shared by a Twitter user was captioned, “The Abia State Returning Officer, Prof. Nnenna Oti, being welcomed back by the Students of FUTO Owerri where she is the Vice Chancellor. Who says that honesty does not pay.”

In the video, a voice could be heard saying, “We are welcoming our able vice chancellor back from INEC work.

The only outstanding vice chancellor, you are welcome ma."
