I literally just created this account to post this. I've been on Nairaland for YEARS but never had an account, just reading frontpage news. On the other hand, meditation has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It can also help you focus better, sleep better, and even improve your relationships. And the best part? It's completely free and accessible to anyone.

So, my dear Nigerians, let's give meditation a chance. We can all use a little more peace and calm in our lives, don't you think? And who knows, maybe we'll even start a new trend of meditating while munching on some suya or drinking some zobo.

So, let's put down the weed and pick up the meditation cushion. There are so many benefits of meditating. Trust me, your mind and body will thank you for it. Na meditation we go dey practice now, no more weed palava!

I used meditation to destroy the spirit wife disturbing me then, I would imagine myself engulfed in the light of the Sun. She ran off like a mad dog. Meditation is very awesome ❤️😎.

Yes. It's so underrated. Most people think you have to sit funny on your legs, etc. Do you still practice?

Yes once a week, it's good to practice daily but you will be too super awesome or super hot in the spiritual realm. Demons and evil will flee at your sight. I do it sometimes when I need to sleep at night, just lay down and imagine a white glowing light in my forehead then I imagine the light engulfing me whole. Let me tell you one testimony about meditation, I'm someone that when I had fun in the dream I would release in real life but when I started meditation even if I have fun in the dream when I wake I won't release, that meditation power will return the semen back to my body.

Another awesomeness about meditation is when you do it daily you will start to see visions, you will start seeing things before it happens or you will be having precised dreams.

When I need money 🤑 I can also imagine receivimg money or sometimes smelling the money. Practicing visualisation, it helps alot too. Even someone that you can't imagine that will bless you will give you money. It helps me loads of time.
