In Sokoto State, bandits killed two young men after demanding N2 million in ransom.

The victims, Ibrahim Abubakar Rabah, a POS operator and graduate of Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, were abducted along with two others, Mustapha Muhammad Rabah and Ummaru Ahmad, over a month ago in the state’s Rabah Local Government Area.


According to friends and family members who confirmed the tragedy on Facebook, the bandits killed Ibrahim and Mustapha after receiving a N2 million ransom payment.

On Saturday, April 8, one Usama Lawal Rabah confirmed the incident, saying that Ummaru was shot by the bandits but survived and is currently being treated at Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital in Sokoto.

The problem is that most times the innocents will suffer along with the criminals. These ones that died now may not have even voted APC, they may not even have a single hand in the electoral fraud but because they’re poor or even average they’ll suffer the most.
