In any case, it appears your account only has issues with USSD banking, which means that other banking channels like ATM, over-the counter-withdrawal and online banking is very much open to you.. Heck, you can even approach the bank to transfer funds from that your account to another account you have access to... Push comes to shove, you ask them to close the account and give you your money in cash if they are making things too hard for you.

But no.. Your eye shine as you see AUTOS section ... You don see car-dealing monied mugus that don't have any idea how bank accounts work... Welldone

Sir thanks for your observation but I don't have ATM sir. I do use app and ussd sir. Is not that I don't have money in my account but God understand everything sir. Am just speechless and helpless.
