He ruled as acting governor when he was the speaker and within 81 days of his rule, he embezzled N2 billion. Some Muslims will say Binani is a woman and is not supposed to rule over men. However, she is the present senator representing Adamawa Central. If she can be a senator, then she can be a governor. The corruption allegation against her is that her husband was UBEC Executive Secretary and that he stole money even though he was never arrested by any of the anti corruption agencies or security agencies. |
