Let’s be honest, we all have been there once.

Career is a huge part of our life, and when it isn’t mentally satisfying, it can have a pretty big negative impact on life.

We spend almost half of our life working, So, if we spend so much time at work,

Of course, Leaving the job is not.
Because if leaving the job were that easy, everyone who hated their work would quit today.

But there are a lot of reasons people stay at jobs longer than they probably should.
