👉 Job Responsibilities.

👉Bonus/Commissions.

👉Base Salary with salary breakdown variables

👉Compensation, benefits, and terms.

👉Facilities and incentives, mandatory health insurance, loans, and reimbursement.

👉Leave Policy and allowance for paid and unpaid Leave.

(Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave & any Leave components).

👉A statement of at-will employment.

👉Probation Clause and Policy.

👉Confidentiality/Invention Assignment Agreements.

👉Non-compete Clause.

👉Non-Solicit Agreement.

👉Prior Employer Confidential Information/Restrictions.

👉Contingencies. State that the offer is contingent upon a background check clearance, reference check, and satisfactory (for an organization that will do a background check).

👉An employee confidentiality agreement and non-compete clause.

👉Arbitration Clauses.

👉Deadlines for prospective employees to send the signed offer letter.

👉Two Signed columns at the bottom of the offer (one for the employer and the other for prospective employees)
