My case is different, I gain 40k weekly, teaching foreigners a certain subject. I have a farm of watermelons, I manage about 30 acres of farmland owns by a medical Doctor oversea. He's not lying. There are places you can get one room with that price like Mpape. I know a friend who lives there and he paid that amount last year to rent a house. I was surprised when he told me he got a house with that amount.
