1. Inventory & Logistics Assistant
Responsibilities:
Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments
Inspect the levels of products to identify shortages
Ensure product stock is adequate for distribution to contractors and can cover direct demand from clients/customers.
Record daily deliveries from factory to reconcile inventory

4. Production Manager
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement meter production plan and processes
Planning and scheduling production activities: Responsible for developing and implementing production schedules to meet client demand while optimizing production efficiency. This involves monitoring production processes and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that production targets are met.
Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations l Coordinate with Factory Manager and Quality control manager to set production targets. l Be familiar with requirements of national metering code/legislation

Responsible for field inspection of installations done by Meter Service Providers (MSPs)
Supervision of the In-House survey & installation teams
Monitor efficiency and capacity of the Meter Service Providers
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate meter installations and adherence to performance specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality of work and identify any issues or deviations. Take corrective actions to rectify deficiencies and improve installation processes.
Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of metering systems, including various types of meters and associated technologies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in metering technologies. Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex metering issues.
Responsible for fault clearing and resolution of pre & post installation infractions
Clearing of DisCo rejected installations
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for installation technicians, covering proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development among the installation team.
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience during the installation process. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to metering installations. Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding meter functionality and usage.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze metering data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential issues. Generate reports on installation performance, meter accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Utilize data insights to improve installation processes and optimize metering operations.
Project Management: Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints. Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards related to metering installations, data privacy, and meter accuracy. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements in metering installations.
Implement best practices and innovative technologies to enhance the overall performance of the installation team
Works closely with the Inventory & QAQC team
Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, configurations, and maintenance activities.
