I checked the phone spec to common Samsung s9+... This expensive ish didn't even beat the s9+ much.... Not to talk of s10-s21 ultra or note 10-note 20

Lands in the area don't just cost N300k bro.

You have to pay for foundation fee.
You have to pay for iwe ebi.
You have to build a structure or fence around the land and that is also extra funds.

Before you advise someone to buy land in these areas, remember to mention other fees as well

Samsung galaxy A04s is a good Android phone. You could purchase it as well, then buy a screenguard along a pouch so the phone could last long.

That's why I said it's your subjective experience. There are several variables at play that you may not be aware off. For example, iPhones are known to excessively post process their pictures to make them look better than they really are. Side by side, iPhone cameras can not compare with a Samsung let alone an older iPhone Camera outperforming a newer Samsung galaxy S camera
