You just dey wake up ni? grin

Segun don chop go!

There are frameworks and other cool libraries by Nigerians, plenty ooo... but na popularity matter.

I used chakra ui in one of my project 2years ago... well, it's cool ooo but, I'll remain with tailwind for really fast bootstrapping since it's utility first.
Second choice will be emotion/styled-components.
And 3rd would be be going all the way with my SASS jeje... or the regular css. Unless you're building out a product and the styling is iterated... I'd suggest you go with something you can always go back to.
Keep It Simple Silly (KISS).
MUI sef dey with tailwind and all other libraries like Sematic UI and AntD.

Shopify used Semantic or still uses it, I no too know again... AntD is on its own level.
You'd be surprised how many enterprise level apps make use of them and now their go to these days is Tailwind. E get why.

Chakra dey top 10 sha... I remember the first time I used it... it was based on sentimental values. Of course, he's Nigerian and impulsively, I want to support him cheesy

Shopify is now plain CSS, but there is a tailwind Project too available for sale by an author, but it's something you can do yourself.

Chakra UI Is very good for small projects but the bundle size starts getting too big on large projects which ends up slowing down initial loading times.

You could always utilize lazy loading
