APC’s Tonye Cole Denies Withdrawing Petition Against PDP The All Progressives Congress (APC) Rivers State gubernatorial candidate, Tonye Patrick Cole, has refuted claims that he has withdrawn his petition against declared winner of the election Sim Fubara. Cole on his social media handles gave the assurance Monday night amidst reported withdrawal of the APC from the petition challenging the victory of Peoples of Democratic Party’s Similiayi Fubara as Rivers governor-elect at the tribunal hearing happening in Abuja.
