Hi, I thought I should respond to your enquiries on another thread as she's also on Nairaland. She submitted the Form A on 26th of March and it moved to disbursement in May. I was pushing to know if she fast tracked because I submitted and got to disbursement before her but she said no that she only followed up with the branch manager of the branch she submitted

Wow. I'm really grateful for your follow up messages on this. Unfortunately I couldn't follow up with them as I was away from Lagos for a while. I've visited the branch this morning. The bank officer couldn't connect to the trade platform due to network glitch but she assured me she will check in the afternoon and give me a call. If I don't hear from her by 2pm, I will go back again. Na me and them this week.

I got the email on the 24th of May and when i checked the tracker i saw it was on disbursement. Though they didn't deduct any charges from my account as other banks do. I just attached the TCC last week.

Another thing that raised a concern to me, the lady that attended to me said she's the one who approves Form A in the branch but she has not approved any for the past few months. Hence, she was surprised when I told her it's under disbursement.

Exactly. But since they debited a June disbursement it means they are not really doing bad. I really hope they debit me latest next week and also do full debit for me. Na Standard Chartered worse, my efforts have been geared towards my Standard Chartered application only to find out that they are still in January. My heart cut
