But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
— 2 Corinthians 3:18

The Holy Spirit takes us from glory to glory by the Word of God.

The more time we spend in God's presence reading His holy Word and praying in tongues, the more the Holy Spirit transforms us from one level of glory to another.

But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.
— Proverbs 4:18

My brothers and sisters, it is God's will for us to keep shinning brighter and even more brighter in life!

It's so sad that many people (including some naive Christians) think that poverty is normal and everyone must be content with what they have, whether it's small or average.

Yes contentment is profitable:

But godliness with contentment is great gain.
— 1 Timothy 6:6

But it's God's perfect will for us to keep increasing in life:

The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children.
— Psalms 115:14

A major reason why God wants us to keep increasing and shinning in life is to finance/preach the gospel/salvation of souls to the ends of the earth:

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the WORLD, and preach the gospel to EVERY CREATURE.
— Mark 16:15

Another major reason is because God takes much pleasure in our prosperity:

....Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
— Psalms 35:27

The Holy Spirit is the most powerful person because He is the channel of God's power and will by God's Word. (Genesis 1:1-3)

Only the power of Holy Spirit can keep ever shinning in life from glory to glory!

No one can stop the power of the Holy Spirit!

However, we can quench His power:

Quench not the Spirit.
— 1 Thessalonians 5:19


Prayerlessness, weak bible studies and over_eating can put out the fire of the Holy Spirit.
