While growing up, I used to be pious and chaste. I grew up in a Catholic family. I joined the Alter Boys Association early on in life. I grew up with the nascent feeling of wanting to be a priest. My mum encouraged me on the aforementioned subject. I went on to act as Jesus Christ in the passion of Christ acted in my church. Parishioners gave me the sobriquet 'jesus' for the role I played. I tried to be active in Church and joined the Board of Lectors due to my eloquence. I took up different leadership positions



Everything would change for the worse after going into the higher institution. I could not manage my independence well. I learnt masturbation, after which gambling. Most recently I went into the habit of patronising promiscuous women in return for sexual pleasure. I also engage in mischief for my own personal aggrandisement.



Things of God no longer excites me. Hard to pray or dress up to church. But call me for flirting or partying and see me euphoric. I know I need to change but the influence of the contemporary world is strong.

Sin is your natural self. Embrace it. Don't feel guilty about it. Nobody died in Israel for your sins. Your sins are yours. Embrace your demons. Love yourself. You are your temple.

1. So growing up, you played the religious scripts fed you by your religious leaders --- nothing to do with Jesus Christ by the way--- but now you no longer play to the tune played you by the same religious charlatans. So, exactly what it is you want help with?

Wrong! Sin instead refers to direct disobedience of God's stipulated commandment or Teaching, similar to how the word "crime" in reference to violation the Laws of men. undecided

Unlike the law which applies to all men, your 'God's law' applies to only believers. What's sin for him might be sin for others. Some gods like veggies, Cain's God rejected his veggy offering.

Cry out to the Lord GOD daily for mercy and strength to obey HIS word the Bible (Psalm 51:17) -

"Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." - Hebrews 4:14-16

Just look at the cross to have an idea of how serious sin is. Not a game


"Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God." 1 Corinthians 6:9

You need to know what a Christian means only then can you make use of your power of reasoning as a believer. Satan has set lots of traps and many are falling into it only believers can escape.
So find out what being a Christian means that's the only saving grace you have! smiley

Greetings.. First, you need to know that there is something wrong with where you started your religious journey. Sir, Catholicsm is a setting full of a lot of religious activities without unveiling the real man of salvation (Jesus Christ) to it's adherents. I want to ask you, 'have you ever confessed Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour?' Have you ever known God intimately as your Father and lover? Before your university days, have you ever know that you were saved beyond religious activities with the full assurance of making heaven if dropped dead. Ask yourself these questions. Sir, you have taken a nice step for trying to find out why you are living a life of unrighteousness today. I want you to know that on our own we can't live above sin. As such we need a higher power to live above sin. And that is what Jesus Christ did for us 2000 years ago. Christ can give man salvation and after that experience, such a one will hate and detest unrighteousness. Such a one will receive a higher power to live above sin. Sir your help and that of all men. Confess Jesus as your Lord and saviour this day and find deliverance in Him. Romans 10:9 (KJV) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:10 (KJV) For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. And join a Bible believng Church that walks in the power of the HolyGhost and that preaches righteousness and holiness. The Lord be your helper sir.
