It is very uncorroborated. Rivers State has a very special case that was why he mentioned APC and Tinubu. To those small boys on Social media, the Judiciary cannot be bullied. Sekibo is Amaechi ally though now in separate party.

It is on record that Rivers APC addressed Press conference thrice to expose Wike that he has instructed his people to ensure Tinubu wins. Rivers APC is not happy with support to ensure Tinubu's victory. Those Wike people that ensured Tinubu (APC) won and also ensured Wike's person (PDP) won as governor which Party do they belonged? PDP or APC or both? You can see the reason why Abiye Sekibo said APC and Tinubu caused result not to be uploaded and APC and Tinubu caused violent during the election. He is indirectly telling the Tribunal that there is APC ( Amaechi) in Rivers State which also participated in that election. APC (Amaechi) and PDP (Sekibo) worked for Atiku, while PDP (Wike) and APC (Magnus Abe) worked for Tinubu. Despite the fact that Abe went to another party for gubernatorial, his camp remained in APC.

After election, Rivers APC have addressed Press thrice about irregularities during the Presidential election & governorship elections. Sekibo is not accusing APC but Tinubu because it is very difficult and impossible for him to accuse Wike boys because they are also PDP.

He has no case because Wike and his boys are not in APC.

Sekibo explained that he voted at his polling unit at Okrika LGA, witnessed several results collation in 20 polling units, and deduced the agents’ identities from their violent actions.

PDP witnesses are in a class by themselves. Everyday they bring us laughter, they have turned courtroom into comedy halls.

This Sekibo says he can tell which party people belong to just by watching their violent acts.

In the eyes of the law,the election conducted by inec was correct and regular and remains so until proven otherwise.so far,atiku has not been able to prove anything.all his witnesses have been fumbling,contradicting themselves and making hearsays.you said inec presiding officers have evidence.which presiding officer have you seen testify? Atiku is presenting 100 witnesses and none is from inec.each witness must give proof only from his unit.so even if they bring proof in all the units,100 units will make no difference.so far 10 have testified without tangible proof

Real joke and they can’t mention the name of the agents and can’t identify them….How were they able to prevent INEC staff from logging into Bivas and Irev to upload the results? Did INEC complained of been restrained by APC agent from uploading the results.
