What is Anxiety?

Anxiety can feel like a monster lurking in the shadows, doesn't it? One minute you're sailing along, the next minute it's got you tangled up in its worrisome web.

While I'm no expert, I've found sometimes the best remedy is to just acknowledge the beast and take a deep breath. Maybe write down your anxieties, facing them head-on can make them seem a little less scary. And if things get overwhelming, there's no shame in reaching out for help and call the stress hotline . There are even stress hotlines out there, a listening ear can do wonders!
