Public servants become Public Lords when they tend to see their uniforms as the legitimate power to oppress the ordinary citizens.
From the Military to the police, the FRSC, VIO and LASMA (in Lagos) all officials hide under the covering of the uniform to oppress.
The VIO officials are the most heartless and untrained personal in Nigeria.
