Mr Tinubu, in his first Democracy Day speech as Nigeria’s 16th president, said, “It has become imperative to state here that the unnecessary, illegal orders used to truncate or abridge democracy will no longer be tolerated.”

The statement is somehow indirect,what was he really trying to say here?

It's a dictatorial statement that can only be likened to what a gang leader will say while addressing cartel members in the underworld.

It should never be tolerated in a civilised society.

He also said security architecture and structure will be reviewed and changed, it means state policing at least which will make the judiciary stronger
