TOPIC: WHAT IF MY HEART MISLEAD ME.

Meaning:

1: A hollow muscular organ that pumps the blood through the circulatory system by rhythmic contraction and dilation. In vertebrates there may be up to four chambers (as in humans), with two atria and two ventricles.

2: the central or innermost part of something.

3: Emotions/love - The part of you that feels strong emotions.

4: In the Bible the heart is considered the seat of life or strength. Hence, it means mind, soul, spirit, or one's entire emotional nature and understanding.

Our heart is the gateway of our being. Besides being the center of our relationship with God, our heart is also the gateway, or doorway to life and it's entire experience.

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12

But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7

O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. Matthew 12:34

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Psalm 51:10
