I have been battling this problem seem not to get a solution, i get scared speaking in public

I have shaky voice, sweaty palm and i tend to forget what am saying, then i hovering just one unnecessary thing, i was so embarrassed today, thinking about it gets so much to my head

Please i want to know if anyone has faced or is having same challenge, is killing me

Anyone who had similar and was able overcome it, am in my 30s, i need help

Its called social anxiety disorder.specifically a social phobia.many people do experience it.mine is mostly when am asked to public speak without a prior notice.but preparation and reheasal helps to build your confidence level.so sorry dear.i know how you feel.but you must learn to overcome it like i did.
