Happy Sunday Lovelies, here's a gentle reminder as we kick start the new week- “It is okay to have depression, it is okay to have anxiety and it is okay to have an adjustment disorder. We need to improve the conversation. We all have mental health in the same way we all have physical health."- T2S THERAPY CARES

Happy Sunday Lovelies, It’s time to start taking care of your well-being and prioritize mental health, make a resolution to put your health and happiness first. To get started, try using the following ways to prioritize your mental health.
1.) Identify your stressors
To monitor your stress, first identify your stress triggers. What makes you feel angry, tense, worried or irritable? Learning how to recognize sources of stress in your life is the first step in managing them.
2.) Practice self-care
Self-care involves all the things you do to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It may involve meditating, taking a bath, exercising, eating healthy, or implementing a consistent sleep routine. Along with preventing illness, these techniques can help you maintain your overall health and happiness.
3.) Learn to say no
You are only one person, so it’s impossible to say yes to everything. If you want to prioritize your mental health, you should start by learning to say no and focusing on your priorities.
4.) Work on mindfulness
Meditation has been found to decrease the symptoms of anxiety, panic, and depression. Plus, it’s connected to higher levels of happiness. Thanks to the sheer number of meditations, you can have an easier time learning about mindfulness than ever before.
5.) Connect with others
To prioritize mental health, take some time to improve your social connections. Human beings are social creatures, so we need to have fulfilling relationships to be happy. In fact, strong social connections are linked to better mental wellness.
6.) Cut out the negatives
Negative self-talk can be holding you back in life. By changing your self-talk, you can reduce anxiety, improve your heart health, and change how you deal with stress. Once you identify your patterns of negative self-talk, you can work on reframing these thoughts.
7.) Get help
If you want to prioritize your mental health, you can start by being willing to get help. A trained counselor can help you work through personal challenges and develop better coping mechanisms. Pls talk to someone when you feel the need today, sometimes you can't figure it out on your own

Happy weekend lovelies, it's a good time to relax, identify your stressors and cut out the negatives. If you feel controlled by symptoms or if they could case harm to yourself or others, it may be time to consider therapy.
Therapy offers a safe place to talk through life challenges (break-up, grief, parenting difficulties or family struggles) and T2S Therapy is just a chat away. Have that unshamed conversation and heal a little every day.
