12nm SoCs are okay. They can get quite hot when you really put them through their paces tho and they can really pull battery. But overall, if they have decent performance then the heating and battery drain can be overlooked.

The Itel S23, if we were to ignore all of its bells, whistles and gimmicks, is actually a very decent phone. Performance wise that is. Its display is also decent for its price range. However it’s poor cameras and snail slow charging speeds can be a huge turn off.
