Vacancy: IT Relief Officer Location: Sagamu Salary: 55,000 naira monthly Responsibilities 1.Provide 1st & 2nd – Level Helpdesk support 2.Investigate & reply to queries from Users 3.Plan, Monitor & Optimize IT support activities. 4.Managing the efficiency & quantity of IT support services. 5.Monitoring & escalation of users’ requests according to relevant SLA. 6.Manage the configuration, maintenance & repair of IT equipment. 7.Maintain an inventory of all Hardware deployed to users. Requirements 1.Ability to troubleshooting and solving computer network, and TCP/IP- related problems. 2.Knowledge of Basic Router and Switch configuration 3.Knowledge of Modem configuration to support both wireless and wired network Please send CVs to recruitment@tranter-it.com |
