The Rector of the Polytechnic Ojoku, Mr. Oyewale Salaudeen Ajibola sends greetings to Muslims across the world on the auspicious occasion of 2023 Eid-el-Kabir.

According to a statement he personally signed on Wednesday, Oyewale said the significant Muslim celebration holds great importance and serves as a reminder of unity, compassion, and the values Muslims collectively hold dear.

He said, "as we approach the joyous occasion of Eid al-Kabir, I extend my warmest greetings and best wishes to the entire polytechnic community. This significant Muslim celebration holds great importance and serves as a reminder of unity, compassion, and the values we collectively hold dear.

"During this auspicious time, let us come together as a diverse community, fostering an atmosphere of understanding, respect, and inclusivity. It is through embracing and appreciating our differences that we truly strengthen the bonds that unite us.

"To our Muslim students and staff, I recognize the significance of this occasion to you and your families. May this celebration bring you joy, peace, and fulfillment. I encourage you to take the time to observe your religious practices, and I assure you that the polytechnic administration is committed to providing necessary accommodations and support.

"To all members of our community, I invite you to join in the spirit of celebration and cultural exchange. Let us engage in meaningful conversations, learn from one another, and stand together in fostering an environment that values diversity and promotes understanding.

"As we commemorate this special occasion, let us also remember those who are less fortunate and extend our hands in acts of charity and kindness. By embodying the values of compassion and generosity, we can make a positive impact both within our polytechnic community and beyond.

"On behalf of the polytechnic Ojoku, I extend my heartfelt wishes for a blessed [Eid al-Kabir] filled with love, happiness, and togetherness. May this celebration bring renewed hope and serve as a source of inspiration for all of us.

"Eid kabir to you and your loved ones!"
