You all are idiots.

All players in the telecom. power, aviation etc sectors told us that though we had dual forex systems (the official and the parallel/black market) that their transactions are carried out using the parallel market where they source forex. The black market had been hovering between 745 and 770.

With the unification of the two systems the exchange has largely hovered round 760/765 per USD. So whats all the noise about the exchange bla bla bla since there is no significant change from the black market value of the past where you were all sourcing dollar.

What is palliative care? Name one type of palliative care that can reach U at the moment?

Y'all shouting palliative care just want to open road for the govts cronies to make money

The development of a country and its quest to reverse its trade imbalance is the responsibility of government. It is government that blazes that trail by deliberate policies aimed at import substitution.

What this government should have done in the immediate aftermath of its float policy was to calling in industry round a table particularly the heavy forex users to negotiate a reduction in their demand for a period while the government is busy finding ways and means of substitution.

But what did we have, the government gave out more licenses to import (I am certain to favoured individuals) gasoline instead of maintaining the NNPC's (who earn forex and in whom government has equity it can trade with) dominance for a period until local refining kicked in. Where will other importers get the forex without pressurizing the naira.

To me the government is making a lot of mistakes in what it is doing and more importantly in what it is not doing.
Yes, floating the naira is the long term way forward. It is like removing a fence that is frequently scaled and engaging dogs to keep a farm from invaders instead. But you have to keep and tend the dogs to make for an effective security.

You can't just float the naira and go to bed.... rampaging, unmanageable inflation will result. Government should identify bulk forex demands from critical sectors and engage them. When it constitutes its cabinet it should open a desk in each Ministry responsible for massive forex flight to identify and develop local alternatives.

In education it should seek to partner all these foreign universities to establish campuses in Nigeria, same with key hospitals abroad to open units in Nigeria and give them all the special dispensation and incentives found in export traded zones.

All these moves should have been part of the 'hitting the ground running' and not just the Kano state government demolition model of the economy.
All your theories are still unfavorable to investors because insecurity persist. This is why governance goes well beyond laundering and defending policies of political parties or top party men on social media.

That is what I was saying.

This government is just annoying. You remove subsidies, the next thing is to go on an immediate anti-inflationary campaign.
You get ahead of industry and commerce to start fighting the fires before they ignite.

But you just sit there and do nothing while the fires are spreading from transport and banking into other service sectors.
By the time it hits manufacturing, construction other bricks and mortar sectors then it becomes a vicious cycle, a rolling snowball that will bring instability and perpetual devaluation since productivity remains low.

The CBN should have acted fast, the government should have called in and sat with key industry to negotiate a delay in price rises offering them whatever it can by way of incentives to keep prices stable for as long as possible. That is what RESPONSIBLE government does. Incentives are not just meant to attract foreign investment Oga Tinubu, incentives should also be made for the few that produce anything her in Nigeria.

The Telecos want to raise rates which means more cash in their hands to further attack the naira.... o boy.... we are in for it. Government should wake up immediately and start to hedge.
My brother you seem to be only sane person in this country. I raised question on Tinubu reckless economic policies and was called names. It's raining cat and dog.

Very insightful!!

Instead of stemming inflation, Tinubu and crew stemmed NLC as if that will solve the inflation you're calling for with your policies. It's now obvious why Buhari never reckoned with Wale Edun was because of this imperialist and capitalist posturing.
They forget that with inflation eroding the purchasing power of the populace, no institutional investor will come to invest in an economy of poor people with no purchasing power.
Same IMF you're courting is now criticising your policies by saying you're making people poorer by not putting palliative in place. Subsidy was not bad. It was badly mismanaged. And removing it without any other option in place is tantamount to economic genocide on poor and middle class with fixed income.
If things continue with this trajectory, in three months time I foresee an uprising because rents will soon go high to meet the net inflation and with basic foodstuffs and transport already on the high side, that will trigger unrest like it happened in 2020.
Something must give. All the hype about building Lagos as always been a lie. Lagos exists within Nigeria. You can't build Lagos out of the external environment called Nigeria. The general improvement in Nigeria economy from 1999-2015 also robbed off on Lagos as the commercial nerve center of Nigeria. Come and build Nigeria now you start to kill the citizens first!!

hey oga patapata eku Odun eku yedun . Emi wa Ase pupo ooo Amen. Well to be a master occultist is a singular journey between you and your soul. You are the occult and not an establishment. Whatever information you get in any occult establishment is watered down because you are not supposed to cast pearls before swines and most of the people who join these establishments are swines looking for connection or monetary gains and so there can never be potent information in a den of swines. And as such you the master occultist will be the source of all the informations and you will be the one opening all these lodges and will be in control of the different tiers of information you give to the rulers of the country and then to the ordinary members of the lodge. It is from you that the rulers of the country will get messages from the spiritual realm that they would use to guide the country and these governors and presidents will all be lodge members

And so how do you as a master occultist get this informations that you would use to run countries through their leaders ? And use to open a lodge and create all the symbols and informations in the lodge and be a seer and a medium between the spiritual and physical realm ? You get that information by vibrating on a god frequency to where you can access these informations in the god realm of your soul. There is a god realm in everyone's soul but only an elected few are chosen to access it. The journey to be able to access that god realm is not a journey that everyone can endure. It's like 2 decades of intense suffering and affliction to purify you . People would look at you and think you are going weird. Your friends and family will notice you are a different person. You become a loner and hermit as your soul isolates you from people so that you can get serious and it can reveal information to you from within . All the information is from within as your mind starts to expand and you start to see deeper than the Average person. Your mind exists in multiple dimensions at once and you start seeing the universe through god lens . You start to understand everything . You are like a god amongst men and angels are dispatched to walk with you and always protect you. Divine protection. You acquire all the information that controls the world. The operating system that controls the world is given to you. You are also given the ability to do rituals to change whatever you want to change in this world but this is a power you should not abuse as there are repercussions. Like you are not given this power to just destroy anybody you feel like destroying . You are given the power to destroy into bondage and to loose from bondage. This whole process takes like 2 decades of intense isolation and suffering and learning from within and now you are an ascended master. You are a god walking amongst men. You now have access to the god realm in your soul where all the universal codes and program's and secrets are . You now see what GOD sees. Then you are unleashed to go and control the world through their leaders. Then you can go and open an occultic lodge and from there the spirits will draw tinubu and sanwo olu and mike adenuga and dangote and elumelu and bill gates etc etc to this lodge and they will be members and there you will teach them and guide them and use them to control the world

The only way out is massive investment in Agriculture. We must grow 80-90% of what we eat, and also earn forex from their export. This will boost GDP, reduce inflation, reduce unemployment.

This is the only way. Now, the governor's are suppose to see this but they wouldn't.

Guy all this Economic and Hypothesis can go on as long as the world will end!!! it will not make a difference in Nigeria situation. As long as we have Leaders that only their pockets and that of their cronies matter, Leaders that do not give a hoot for the common and venerable people in the country, the political class that will not let go of power and grab power by all means, Leaders who see Nigeria as their alternative home and not their only home! Leaders and political class that don't trust in the Nigerian project (health, Education, infrastructure etc) etc etc etc !!! I am afraid to say that Nigeria will continue to remain laterally in the DARK ages. No apologies to NEPA!!!!!

lol I don't know anything about wolis but yes this is a walk with you and yourself. Obviously it's not a walk for everybody. E get why the people on this walk is like one person in a population of 20 million. So a country like Nigeria you will have only 10 people on this path. A state like Lagos with 20 million people ? It will only be one person. It's not something you do on your own. You are called to it. If the desire is not in you for example to read the bible especially the book of genesis and revelation over like 20 times ? Then most likely you are not called to this path by the gods because that is the starting point of the journey is the undying desire to conquer the bible especially revelation and genesis. If you don't have that tenacious desire to conquer those books ? Most likely this is not the path . Those two books are the entry level to deep esoteric wisdom .

let me add you also need to study cartography aka the world map and mythology and the periodic table and astronomy so as to have an idea of the foundation of the world . You will need that as a foundation . For example there is a message in that Titan capsule exploding under water but first to understand this you must know what Titan is. If you are not skilled in astronomy you would not know that Titan is a moon of Saturn and so you don't have the foundation to start reading the message . Same thing with Europa league, you will not know that Europa is a moon of Jupiter and there is a reason why Sevilla win it every time. There is message in everything but first you have to know what everything is . So you see why this can't be taught ? You have to go on the quest to understand the whole world. Up in the sky and on the ground and below the sea.

All you are trying to do is sustain your profit regime. With all the huge annual profits declared annually, why not sustain your price and pricing regime. Your profits will decline but it will show you identify with Nigerians in such a time as this.

Nigeria is the only country in Black Africa where teledensity is so high and yet citizens can only benefit from arbitrary price increases. If DSTV can hold Nigeria to ransom, any other business can or am I missing something?
