The blood contains water although it's made up of iron and oxygen. All that goes into and outside the body needs water. Anything liquid as water present. The air you breath is also water moisture.
The airplane flies through the water moisture at higher grades. The ship moves on water. The world is surrounded with water. Water falls as rain for the animals to drink. Crude oil comes from the sea depth which later is turn to petrol to move engines. Is it not water used for cooking ?
