The internet has been on fire for days since Mmesoma Ejikeme claimed she had highest overall result in Jamb's 2023 UTME. But Jamb, claimed otherwise. Who then is actually correct? Let's analyse!

1. THE RESULT NOTIFICATION: (First attached image) The girl said she printed her Result Notification from Jamb's official Website. The result is what she's holding as evidence. However, Jamb has stopped issuing Result Notification since 2021. How possible is it for only 1 candidate out of over 1 million candidates that took the exam to 'print' Result Notification? Something is definitely wrong somewhere.

2. THE SMS RESULT: (Second attached image) She also showed an SMS screenshot as the result she obtained. From the image, she sent "Utme Result" instead of the normal "UTMERESULT". The way the SMS was programmed, anything different from the normal input won't yield a result.

Secondly, the result received is on the right side (like an outgoing sent message) and with green background. Jamb's incoming message should be on the left and with a light background.

Lastly, the "outgoing call" notification. Jamb short code (55019) can not be dialed as it is a special purpose dedicated line.

3. THE FAKE RESULT UPGRADE APP: (Third attached image) In the spirit of setting the record straight, I went to Google Playstore to search for the Fake Jamb Result App and I saw "JambFun- Fake Jamb Result Maker". You can search for it as well and see for yourself. On the app, once you input a result, it'll generate a fake Result Notification (probably where she got her result since Jamb is no longer issuing Result Notification). A sort of Garbage In, Garbage Out. The App is simply a fake Result Notification Generator (using on a preprogrammed template).

4. THE QR CODE: I scanned the QR code and it showed the Real owner of the result. The fake App programmed only one QR code for everyone. The QR is actually for a girl that had 128 in 2021. So everyone that uses the fake app will get the same QR Code.

In Addition, the girl isn't "16 years old" as claimed. She's actually 19 years (born in 2004).

The sms finally convinced me that this girl is no innocent. It's unfortunate that such a small kid will try to play a smart one on all Nigerians. This is too bad and I support she get jailed for forgery if found guilty...

The said result she held in her rebuttal clip is clearly a doctored one, how she came about such result is what I don’t understand, I mean did she doctored it herself, or someone did so on her behalf? I’d go with the later because she already exonerated herself of any wrongdoing by claiming that she printed the ‘result’ from the JAMB portal(false), and I believed that proper investigation unravel that. Having said that, the JAMB result notification slip she was holding was stopped being issued by JAMB since 2021 due to such issues like this.

My guess is someone close to her rode on ignorance to pull such a damaging stunt to attract public gains for her with or without her consent, and she was made to believe that the result is from the exam body. There are many fake JAMB portals & result upgrading scam sites out there to feed on these youngies naïveté.

Jamb said she used her personal number to send USSD for her result 4 times and her original result was sent to her..Did she not see her original result too or someone else used her phone for the ussd

I’m not disputing this fact, Of course, she got her real result from JAMB via text but was carried away by the fake that was doctored for her by herself or someone close.

With the above information, It's obvious the girl actually faked her result.



Her original score.. which is 249, is still okay. She went ahead to bring wahala to herself. She has become the author of her own undoing.

Jamb should provide CCTV footage and remark her results from the footage let everybody see. I sense that jamb fûcked up as usual, and now they're trying to cover their black nyash.
