It depends on the nature of your biz, and how much you transact daily. If you do binance p2p biz full time, there is no way you won't fall into this kind scenario like op. Its just that, some banks handle such issue maturedly. I detest kuda in this regard.

Thanks for your response, I have nothing to fear about my transactions on that account, but you know how Nigerian forces behave, guilty until proven innocent instead of the other way round. I wouldn't want to be arrested and detained for no reason. Had it been I'm told the reason for the restriction, then I will know what to expect.

You used your account to collect fraud that's why it's being restricted once you go to the office you'd be arrested...so you better come out clean cus no bank would restrict your account if you are innocent

Normally, when a bank finds out you are trading crypto with your account, they will inform you with the evidence and quote the CBN directive, then they will allow you withdraw all your money before closing the account permanently. But in this case, Kuda didn't tell me the reason for the restriction, they only said I should come to their office for biometric scan

No bank can restrict my account that I won't bang their doors the next day because I'm clean and my business is legit. Even if I receive payment from third party, I will still go there and shouted at them and scattered everything before we settle to talk even if na EFCC & ICPC join. Chose rest of mind above any other thing! You can even be a fraudster self, who knows! You have just two choices here, You're either go there, get arrested, have all your funds forfeited to the FG or don't go and forget about that money in your account. I will advise you no to go. Even if na 100m dey inside that account, forget it and move on.

Other Banks will dialogue with you first if there's any report on your account. If you are unable to provide evidence of the transaction, then you will have to forfeit the amount in question. Kuda is highly unprofessional, they will hand you over to law enforcement, who will milk you dry weather you are innocent or not.

Have u done your KYC verification? What's your transaction limit? What is your account limit? It could be that there was a transaction that exceeded your limit.
