The goal of this India's third mission to the moon is to make the impossible possible, which it was not able to do in the past. To complete a soft landing on the moon's surface, ISRO will have to demonstrate its capabilities. The indian heavy carrier rocket, LVM-3, M4, was used to launch the Chandrayaan-3. We have the talent among us Blacks capable of achieving same feats when the Government presents the right atmosphere.
