APPEAL COURT JUDGEMENT: AYUBA SHOWS APPRECIATION, DEDICATES HIS ELECTORAL VICTORY TO GOD, CONSTITUENTS

I am deeply humbled and appreciative for the overwhelming support and trust of the good people of Alimosho Federal Constituency.

I thank Almighty God for the successful inauguration and proclamation of the 10th National Assembly, as well as my inauguration as a Member of the House of Representatives from Alimosho Federal Constituency in the Federal Republic of Nigeria's 10th National Assembly on June 13, 2023.

I dedicate our victory at the February 25, 2023, General election, the National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal, and most recently at the Court of Appeal to Almighty God and the great people of Alimosho Federal Constituency.

I am grateful to the National and Lagos State Leadership of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), our trailblazer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Mr. Sellable, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, for their unwavering support.

Through the Traditional Institution of my descendants, Akesan Town, Lagos State, ably led by the distinguished monarch, HRM. Oba (Dr.) Nojeemdeen Abidemi Aberejo, Alakesan of Akesan Kingdom, I thank all Obas, Baales and Community Leaders of Alimosho Federal Constituency for their fervent prayer and support in this just cause.

I also use this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Alimosho Federal Constituency leadership of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), ably led by Enilolobo Abdullahi Ayinde, all party faithful and supporters, and all structures of the Mayor K.K. Independent Campaign Group. I was moved by your unflinching support at the last general election. I am very grateful.

I sincerely appreciate the support provided during the electioneering period by the various Community Development Associations (CDAs) and Community Development Councils (CDCs), the Association of Market Men and Women, Non-Governmental Organizations, the Association of People Living With Disabilities, the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), the Students Union, and other community-based organizations.

I admire our legal team's persistence and commitment to ensuring that the people of Alimosho Federal Constituency's mandate is preserved and their voices are heard. Thank you for all of your hard work.

Thank you to my family and friends, as well as all of my fellow aspirants and contestants, for your contributions. On our path to greatness, Alimosho Federal Constituency has chosen integrity, experience, and competence.

I assure my esteemed constituents, leaders, and members of our party that I will continue on the path of developmental strides and also do more to ameliorate the needs and bring the dividends of democracy to our people.
