With a sudden rise in the number of rich men(mostly youngsters) in our society, naturally, the mentality of our young girls have been flawed.

The average-looking girl from a middle-class home(if we still have that) is asked out by a yahoo-boy, she gets excited, why? She is about to join the hot-girls geng!

They go on a simple date and she brings her friends along to show off her new "catch". Let's assume she has some class and decides to go alone, she orders food that is enough to feed a small family of three and asks for takeaway.

The boy, knowing fully well that this will get him into her pants, foots the bill, and drives her home.

The girl gets home and she's excited. She doesn't care whether or not she has an emotional connection with the guy, or if she is even attracted to the guy. She had accomplished her mission, she has fed her hungry stomach and has a potential boyfriend.

The guy goes home, and thinks of which girl he would take on a date the next day.

A few days later, he picks up his phone and gives her a call. They talk at length, and he finally asks the golden question, " can you come over to house?"

"Yes!" The girl replies with enthusiasm.

She jumps up from her bed, picks her best ashawo gown, rubs on her makeup and heads out to the guys house.

She gets there and guess what? They have sex.

She is now another one of many conquests. He ignores her and makes it clear that it was just a one-night stand. She gives up on him, but vows that the next guy that takes her out he'll milk him even more.

Let me tell y'all a little story.

Jeffery is a tall, handsome bloke. He has a lot of potential, but he's still in the university so he does not have a liberty to explore all his options.

Jeffery notices Jessica, a beautiful girl in his class, with a waist that move at a specific rhythm that defies the laws of physics.

Jeffery knows what he must do. He must approach her! "No need" Jeffery tells himself, these types of girls only date yahoo-boys. He "kills" his feelings and moves on with his life.

Jeffrey sees Jessica over and over again, "what if she's different?" His beliefs slightly change. "Besides, me sef I be fine boy na." Jeffery chuckles to himself.

Jeffery summons courage enough to tickle a sleeping lion,and approaches Jessica.

Their interaction goes thus.

"Hi, what's your name?" Jeffery stretches forth his hand.

"Jessica, you?" Jessica shakes his hand, albeit reluctantly.

"I'm Jeffery."

"Jeffery." Jessica repeats Jeffery's name unconsciously, as she tries to register it in her memory.

Jeffery, seeing her quite warm reception, is excited, "I really just thought you we're cute and wanted to come collect your number."

Jessica blushes, this handsome lad just called her cute.

"Let me put it in your phone." Jessica said to Jeffery.

Jeffery reaches for his back pocket and brings out his android phone. Seeing this, Jessicas countenance drops but she doesn't let it show.

She takes the phone and puts her number in it.

"I'll text you later." Jeffery said to Jessica, leaving to her business.

Jeffery goes home excited, he's got one in the bag!

Jeffery decides to wait until evening to text her (following the red pill advice he saw on a particular online forum).

Nighttime finally comes, Jeffery sends Jessica a text, "Hi, I'm Jeffery, the tall dark guy that met up with you today."

In a fit of anxiety, he throws his phone under his pillow and lays on it.

Chastising himself for being such a b*tch, he checks his phone to see her reply, no reply. He checks to see if she is online and apparently, she is. "Maybe she's busy." Jeffery says to himself, and decides to wait till morning.

Jeffery is woken up by the annoying sound of his phones alarm, he grumpily turns it off (fun fact: my alarm rung as I finished writing this sentence ) and decides to check his messages.

Still no reply from Jessica. What could be the problem? Jeffery decides against texting her back and gets ready for school.

Jeffery is walking to his faculty and he sees a sleek GLE drive past him. He shakes his head, "me sef nor go do this yahoo so?"

A guy, dressed like your average beni yahoo boy comes down from the drivers seat. A beautiful girl comes down from the car, and Jeffery immediately recognised her.

"Isn't that Jessica?" Jeffery muttered to himself.

Jeffrey makes eye contact with Jessica, which Jessica quickly breaks and goes about her business.

"I should've know," Jeffery shook his head, "omo this oppression is getting too much. I need to learn work from osas."

Jeffrey makes his decision. He is going to give into peer pressure, he is going to become a fraudster. His dreams and aspirations no longer matter, all he wants is the bag.

This is how many of our brothers decide to go into fraud. Our moral standards as a society have been compromised. We now live in a society that celebrates thieves.

So I ask, "where we dey go laidis?"

If we young men keep going into fraud to impress some chicks with low moral compass, what will become of the next generation? What will you tell your kids is your occupation, when they ask you in the future?

There you have it. Food for thought.

Moral standards has declined so much in our society.
Evils are celebrated while hard work is seen as being dull/lazy.
Many ladies no longer cares to know the source of extravagant lifestyle of some men.

The yahoo boys are still a small fraction of the youths in this country. There are many hardworking guys who are doing well, same with responsible girls.

The problem we have is that the bad eggs seem to make the most noise. Many hardworking people are grinding daily.
