Imagine how some "reputable" blogs & news mediums intentionally twisted the story of those arm smugglers who brought in 20,500 bullets into Nigeria, & was taking them to Onitsha Anambra state. They deliberately omitted the identity of the Nigerian suspect, because he is from Ogun

They tried to drive the narrative and agenda that those bullets were being smuggled by an international arms smuggling syndicates, putting only the identity of a Ghanian, with the impression that he was taking it to his partners in Onitsha Anambra state. You see the media game.

A very simple criminal case with all evidence and facts available for journalists to report, but some bias mediums decided to twist the story, to paint a section of this country as criminals, unsafe, troublesome. Because of obvious political reasons. They paint them as terrorists

This was the reason i said in my tweet that, even when the Igbos are right, who will tell their story and amplify it. Even when they are innocent, who will believe them, under this compromised media era that is pushing agendas.

Read this @ZagazOlaMakama's report and read @PIDOMNIGERIA report on the smuggled bullets, heading to Onitsha Anambra state, you will see that this Buffon is highly, highly biased. He intentionally removed the second suspect who is from Ogun state from his report, to indict Igbos.

These twenty thousand, five hundred (20,500) bullets were on their way to ONITSHA, Anambra State, before it was intercepted by some gallant soldiers of the @HQNigerianArmy along, Ajilete-Owode road in Yewa North LGA, of Ogun state. They were being smuggled into Nigeria from MALI.
