On 1st, June 2023 as I no go work, I sent a mail to the son of MD who recently took over the company giving details of everything
Few mins later I got a response from him that he sincerely apologize for the experience, definitely he will look into it

I never got any response from him again , I barely have time to follow up too due to work

Thursday last week, through his secretary I got to know he was on seat
I went to his office
He knew me before when he do come around. Sighting me he asked "are you still with us?" We laughed about it and he offered me seat
A very young guy in his early 30's , he told me that he got a response from HR but skipped his mind to get back to me , at this point he has even forgotten the response he got

He enquired if I was cleared by the HR, I gave him my clearance letter/forms

Right there he sent my name , department and pending salary month to the HR again and asked me to go, that I should feel free to call him or WhatsApp him , surely he will reply my messages (took my phone input his contact, dailed it to make sure he have mine too)

Yesterday a number chatted me and asked me to provide my account details after introducing herself, I got my account credited with full salary today

I have gotten back to him via email with the HR in copy

I will never resign from any job without getting my salary, God just saved me

I had similar story too.

But mine wasn't delayed.

Rather, they paid me only for the 2 weeks Notice i gave.

I gave my Old employer 2 weeks Notice to enable me complete a proper handover and get Clearances from all departments.

I wasn't even after my old employers Salary because my New Employer was willing to pay me x3.3 of what my old employer paid with other better benefits and Job security.

How much has poverty & wretchedness wallowed ur mother in ur father's house that has made her instill this mentality in u, to detest & avoid poor men like ur father so u wont suffer like her.

I'll never advise anyone to tow your path, make sure you get your pay before resigning from your job.

About 7 years ago, while I was working for one of the most pronounced religious organization in this country. I got a mail listing almost 50% of our staff, saying we have been laid off. As in out of the blues.
