Farmer A may tilt the ground, plant crops of different varieties based on his or her knowledge and capacity and based on information available to him or her on the species of the seedlings and using the kind of farming mechanism that he or she is competent in and at the harvesting period, the output is low while farmer B after applying his own knowledge and competence may come out with high yields.
Been in thesame party doesnt guarantee same performance.
Peter Obi of Labour party for example could be an excellent performer but you can bring another candidate after him in thesame party that would be a terrible performer. So let us relax for PBAT

While farmer A was busy becoming a failure then I believe farmer B should have pointed those failures out for him to see but since farmer B is equally not competent then he had nothing to point out. Farmer A gave us big headache by introducing a cashless policy and he asked us to wait for a better yield, we went through pains hoping for the beautiful yields but alas! nothing happened. Even farmer B believed the cashless policy tree was targeted at him...lol.

Now its time for farmer B to tilt his own ground but here we are suppose to wait again for that beautiful yields while we all might have long die of hunger and frustration.

Farmer B is a wise man. Farner B have help farmer A to secure a job based on past antecedents which millions of us also believed in. It is now left for farmer A to perform his duty unhindered. Just like an organisation, no one will help you to do you job. You have to proof your competence by yourself and answer your fathers name. It's not today to people are helping family and friends to get a job but it is now left for the person to perform well after been helped to secure a job.
Farmer B does not need to assist farmer B in performing his duties and responsibilities since farmer A have proved to you and I that he is competent and capable by contesting for the same job 3 times and failed. Ordinarily, everyone will believe that farmer A is much ready for the job including farmer B.
It's unfortunate that farmer A didn't perform to expectation.
Blaming farmer B for the incompetence of farmer A is like blaming a father who helps his son to secure a job due to past result of farmer A and his willingness to secure that job.
