Nobody confirmed anything, if you are talking about the majority leader's XExamination then you are on your own. Will a diplomatic document be believed more than a court document finding him complicit for narcotics and money laundering? Time will tell .

As for OBJ regime, Bila wasn't done anything because there was immunity against his prosecution for perjury only his runner stamp state house of assembly gave him a clear bill of health even in the.midst of perjury.

Now 20 years later, a Judas is crying more than the bereaved, Typical Gringory Peter Obi, a Certified Hypocrite.

FBI never cleared his name, that document you are referring to is a diplomatic document from the US embassy.

Let's see what the tribunal believes the diplomatic document or a court document.

His Excellency, Peter Obi is already the President on social media.
He won all online polls on Twitter and Facebook.
He shouldn't disturb himself with pre-election matter.

Exercise in futulity, Obi is a failure, he failed in Anambra, he will also fail at the tribunal, he's only entertaining his Igbos and Obidots with propaganda.

It's an irony that a tribe known for drugs trafficking home and away would paint another man drug lord.
A trribe where majority of their people languishing in the prisons all over the world for drugs offences.

penalty for knowingly and intentionally allowing one's bank accounts to be used to launder drug money can vary depending on the country and the specific circumstances of the case. However, in general, the penalties can be severe, including:

Imprisonment: In the United States, the maximum penalty for money laundering is 20 years in prison.
Fines: The maximum fine for money laundering in the United States is $500,000, or twice the value of the laundered funds.
Forfeiture: The government may seize any assets that were used to commit money laundering, or that were acquired with the proceeds of money laundering.
Civil penalties: The government may also impose civil penalties on individuals and businesses that engage in money laundering.
In addition to the criminal penalties, individuals who are convicted of money laundering may also face professional and social consequences. For example, they may be disbarred from practicing law or lose their jobs.

The penalties for money laundering are designed to deter people from engaging in this type of criminal activity. They also send a message that the government will not tolerate money laundering, and that those who are caught will be punished severely.

In the case of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the penalties that he could face for knowingly and intentionally allowing his bank accounts to be used to launder drug money would depend on the specific circumstances of the case. However, the penalties could be severe, including imprisonment, fines, and forfeiture.

When did this case happened?
So, Nigerians knows the US law more than they do.
Are you saying that US are protecting Tinubu for not convicting him back in more than a decade ago?
Believe what you want, but you can't interpret a fair law to support your motives.

Tinubu is not an Ex-convict neither is he now.
Obi should find smth sweet to butter his petitions, cause, INEC cleared BAT & that's all court want to know. Tankiu

Is $460k forfited Tinubu money? No. His money was the $1M returned to him.

Sir, you have 250k in your account as your money and a friend sent you 100k for buying something for him and now you have 350k in the account. The friend is standing trial for drugs and listedhow he spent the money and each of the account name depositted is investigated and ask you the owner of the account to return the 100k to court that your friend is on trial,

So what did you loose when 100k remove from your account and your 250k left and the account unfrozen.

It's not rigging. Whenever you're reading Section 134 please read it together with Section 299 of the constitution then you would realize that FCT is not special and it's regarded as the 37th state. Democracy in Nigeria is one man, one vote to all the constituents that makes up the federation to which FCT belongs. FCT vote is not one man, two votes. Therefore, it's only gullibility and delusion that would make an Obi supporters to think that this would affect Tinubu.

The issue of double nomination of the VP will go no where, undecided but that definition of that section in the constitution, on forfeiture as grounds for nullification, cannot be ignored by the tribunal. If granted, the ruling party and their candidate will be ineligible for a rerun. End of APC and the old political order. Obi is a small boy compared to the 🦇, but is David & Goliath about to play out again? grin

obi has no electoral case because he came third and he was not validly nominated by LP.

he is just rabourousing at best or playing mischievous on the political spaces of Nigeria.

he is further exposing himself through his lawyers as a nicompho when it comes to political power play. me think he should use the political exposures he has gained to build upon by looking for future opportunities that are presented by current realities.

he is standing too long a time in one place and he is becoming at best nuisances and irritants to discerning minds.

Nigeria and the world has enough rooms to fly for the good and bad birds. he should find people from the political spaces with whom he can further his aspirations for Nigeria. there are several election to come in Nigeria.

besides, are obi lawyers giving several legal closing remarks or it is nairaland contributions given different interpretations and presentation of one legal closing remarks. publishing same legal remarks in several forms and times is pure distortion and propaganda. propaganda should be discouraged to the minimum.

Mosba:

Which document did he get in the first place to accuse INEC of rigging?

He's claiming that votes of 2.5m from the blurred IREV portal belong to him. The judges were just looking at his lawyers. No document to support that but just the claim.

From experience with election cases, the primary source of proving election results is Form EC8A from the polling units across the federation given to the Party Agents on 25/2/23.

Results are not collated on IREV portal. I don't know why Obi lawyers are wasting energy and resources on anything IREV. If you know you are the winner, bring out your Form EC8A from polling units and add them together to justify or prove your Case.

So, Obi LP should have produced his copies to support the claim but he never did. You said that they were blurred, we should ask you how you knew the votes belong to LP? Isn't it funny? Also, Obi wants to be declared winner based on that.
