NLC is long dead. What we have are people who found themsekves in leadership positions and want to out-steal the government officials. They dont give a flying Bleep about the ordinary civil servants

They were the heroes that champion the refusal of subsidy removal in January 2012 but today the same wants to be champion of what they rejected 11years ago. If subsidy was removed 11 years ago you and I know that the ECONOMIC analysis you are making up here would have been a SWEET one. Sentiment will not allow us. If it is not me no one else can. The set of people we have in APC are dubious human.

Google it ....USA govt heavily subsidizes energy, power, agricultural sector and others .. see how work and business are dull everywhere since this tinubu removed subsidy.

What is the role of govt, is it not to emeliorate the suffering of it's citizens? The reason why IMF will tell you to remove the subsidy is because govt officials and the big boys were using it to enrich themselves at the expense of Nigeria.

It simple, subsidy helps in boosting growth and development of your economy anywhere in the world. China did it massively and now reaping the fruit .

Tinubu should go after his friend cos ordinary man can't take fuel across the border. He should list fuel on ban for exportation maybe that is when customs will start working.


Let us don't sound as if subsidy kills an economy, it's a big lie it revamps an economy, removal of subsidy kills economic activities like what we are already seeing.

About time! Because it looks like FG is intentionally dragging feet on this salary increase negotiations hoping that maybe people will just get used to the subsidy removal and just move on.

FG has more Naira at hand now (I didn't say dollars), so please spend it on people.

• By Now,you ought to have come out with:
1- How much are you paying the Workers- as reasonable Minimum Wage in Nigeria.
2- How much are you giving the Nigerians( the poor Nigerians) -as Palliatives,to reduce the burden of this Oil Subsidies removal and the attendant Inflation that have eroded their Savings,if they have any at all!
3- Since the Subsidiaries was removed (2- months now),how much has been Saved so far- this should be Daily,Weekly- Accounted for! Nigerians wants to know how much ALL the Oil Industry Players, especially the NNPC- for Accountsbility sake!
5.When are you going to repair the 4- Refineries- because Nigerians can't place their futures on Dangote Refineries Alone! If those Refineries can't be repaired,then, you quickly fixed Additional Functional -Refineries for Nigeria.
It is too Shameful, that out of ALL World Oil Producing States,only Nigeria- is Without Any Functional Refineries! But Why?
6. When will Dangote Refineries comes into Operations,having opened it since?
7. Let your Special Advisers and the Secretary to Govt -work it out tirelessly on these serious matters and brief Nigerians immediately!
8- Don't allow People to be less Confident in your govt because of what they are passing through,as you have been enjoying it since,so move Faster and Work Smarter,Mr President!
The Labour Leaders- that have been silent on Workers Welfares,for over Decades,have suddenly come up for Strike.
It is an Indirect ways of Striking on government because they have the eyes and minds of opposition,not necessarily our collective cause because of their past anticeedents!
But you should also call them and rub minds together on the Welfares of their Workers, as a Father of all- with compassionate hearts,since that is what they claimed to represent, anyway!
