1. Igbos will need to pressure their state and federal lawmakers to ask for referendum. Without your elected lawmakers asking for it, there's nothing Nigerian government or United Kingdom can do about it.

2. The other option available is to be ready to face Nigerian Army in warfare. The disadvantage of this is that Biafran soldiers don't have weapons and fighters that can win against NIGERIA. Apart from this Nigerian may decide to block fuel and food from going to the east, something that can never be endured for up to a month in this 21st century.

In the absence of the two options above, separatists should stop forcing innocent people to sit at home against their wish. Your enemies are in Abuja not vulnerable people around you. You can't claim to be liberating people while inflicting pain on them at the same time. Let the poor breathe.

Lastly, it is wrong for any freedom fighters to lead from exile. It doesn't make sense. Every saviour (freedom fighters) in history lead from the front and not the other way round. Biblical Moses is a typical example. Even God needed to come down from heaven in human form to set us free from the grip of sin and Satan. So I am of the opinion that Nnamdi Kanu should be set free and Simon Ekpan should come and join him in Nigeria.

I will like to buy Biafra and rename it, Zion.

Can someone put a price tag on it?

You are correct. They have Nnamdi Azikiwe to thank for unifying Nigeria.

Nnamdi Azikiwe unified Nigeria for his own selfish interest. He and Awolowo wanted to rule a bigger country instead of ruling Biafra or Oduduwa Republic.

Sit at home not likely to stop for a long time to come and Nigeria is not likely to ever be a peaceful country

Thats the price we all pay for wanting a "one Nigeria" based on fraud, injustice and deceit

If people are enforcing sit at home, and your government cannot stop despite all the resources it has, then may be your government should negotiate with them

Awolowo asked for a seperation clause to be added to the constitution. Twice he asked and Amhadu Bello supported Awolowo and twice Nnamdi Azikwe fought against the seperation clause. Oh well, those are bygones now.

I am Yoruba and I support Biafra. I fully agree with Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa but I don't support forceful sit at home. That's the only problem I have with you guys. If you want the attention of federal government go to government house or house of assembly.

I know sit at home might not be the best option, but what if they have exhausted the option of meeting the governors with no result...

This should be resolved amicably as the masses are suffering.

Continue threatening continuation of sit at home in Igboland one day you shall be caught like other bandits either by your fellow gunmen or Nigeria security agents.

If they have exhausted the option of meeting the governors with no result, they should hold their political representatives most especially the state and federal lawmakers responsible. If they are chased out of Igbo land, they will know how to convince federal government. The same strength used to frustrate poor people should be exerted on politicians. I don't just want poor people to suffer. Many of them survive on daily income. To them, sitting at home is an invitation to hunger and penury.

That has not worked too...

Kanu and the senators...

May be they should focus on these guys...as you rightly said...

But if they operate from abuja, it will be of no effect.
