I have a neighbor close to me she is about 60years old without a child She lives in bayelsa state . She want to adopt but don't know the process. Which state or orphanage home can she get a female child 1 to 2years old. I really need your help |

Lol... Wahala..60yrs and want to adopt.. lols... Misplaced priority.. 25yrs ago .. (when she was 35).. and no Child why didn't she do the needful?? Na now wey no hope again they remember say adopting dey... No Judge sef will approve such... When do they have to take care of that child?? 18yrs from now that woman will be 78... Is it easy...
