Seeking Nairalanders Input To Prevent Land Scam by Codepain: 8:52pm On Jul 30, 2023 |
Dear Nairaland community particularly Abuja residents. I seek your guidance and insights as I consider buying land in Gwagwalada, Abuja. I met someone through a friend who claim to be working for a real estate company He said they have 500sqm of land for sale at 1M close to University of Abuja teaching hospital Gwagwalada. Before I make the purchase I am interested whether 1. The land isn't government land. 2. How can I verify that I'm not about to be scam as I have never buy land before. 3. What are the documents I need to collect after I bought the land. I appreciate your inputs |
