Responsibilities
✅Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
✅Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
✅Handle requests and queries appropriately.
✅Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
✅Make travel arrangements.
✅Take dictation and minutes
