🤰🏻Start breastfeeding straight after birth.
🤱Breastfeed exclusively for the first 6 months.
👶🏼Continue until the baby is 2+ years old

We are living in a time of great challenges.

The climate crisis is upon us, inequality is rampant, and conflict is tearing apart communities around the world.

But we also live in a time of great opportunity. We have the power to unite and act to create a better future for all.

What can we do?

We can unite to act on the climate crisis. We can demand that our leaders take bold action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and invest in renewable energy. We can make changes in our own lives to reduce our carbon footprint.
We can unite to fight inequality.

We can demand that our governments invest in education, healthcare, and job training for all. We can support businesses that are committed to fair wages and working conditions.

We can stand up to discrimination and racism.
